Physical Fitness and Health Assessment
There are 7 professional movement skills and physical fitness assessment. The assessment will be conducted with theme-based interactive story in a relaxing environment. Coaches will explain assessment result, follow up plan and management after the assessment and observation, and intervention courses will be introduced. Physical activity monitors will be distributed for tracking activity levels of the child or parents if needed.
Assessment which related to 4 basic motor skills: agility, balance, flexibility and muscle strength.
Assessment Duration: Around 1 hour 45 minutes
Family – Based Physical Fitness and Health Intervention
The professional coaches will recommend the parents to attend appropriate intervention courses according to the need of young children and their families after the physical fitness and health assessment. Different types of family-based parent-child will be organized which related to 4 basic motor skills: agility, balance, flexibility and muscle strength. A maximum of 8 sessions can register for each student.
